Verified Bay Garage custom renovated our garage at the end of January 2026. They did a wonderful job exceeding expectations on flooring and cabinetry. The project started with a site visit by Oran who then based on our conversation and his measurements designed the space and provided 3D virtual plans. His team started and finished the job on time with excellent quality. They answered all questions and paid attention to detail. It showed that they take pride in delivering clean, high quality installations. Once all cabinets were hanging we realized we do not need the additional rack hanging from the sealing we had originally designed for extra storage. Oran demonstrated flexibility by just removing the rack from the order and thus the invoice. Based on other quotes that we received the price was competitive. It was a big project and we preferred someone to take complete ownership of the project than working with independent contractors for each job. We selected Bay Garage as they met all our requirements and the outcome was great, rather batter than what we imagined. Oran is the owner and he personally came to evaluate requirements, provided great recommendations and looked over the whole project. The quality of cabinets is high end for a good price and overall pricing was as per the market. We got custom metallic epoxy flooring , Martin has done a tremendous job, the outcome is beautiful and we get lot of compliments for it. Ossamu did an excellent job , installing recess lights , clearing all electrical wiring and moving panels which helped make more usable space for cabinets. Santiago did great job with insulation, patching and painting.
