The process was seamless but the star of the show was the installer, Martin! He worked his butt off all through the process and did an outstanding job. It was a big project and we preferred someone to take complete ownership of the project than working with independent contractors for each job. Oran is the owner and he personally came to evaluate requirements, provided great recommendations and looked over the whole project. The quality of cabinets is high end for a good price and overall pricing was as per the market. We got custom metallic epoxy flooring , Martin has done a tremendous job, the outcome is beautiful and we get lot of compliments for it. Ossamu did an excellent job , installing recess lights , clearing all electrical wiring and moving panels which helped make more usable space for cabinets. Santiago did great job with insulation, patching and painting. He sent us several different designs and had no issues updating the designs based on our feedback and desired changes. We took some time to decide and had to get our garage painted first and he was polite and professional throughout the entire process. We had other contractors come out to look at our job and they were either much more expensive or decided our job was too small since we did not have enough room for wood cabinets. Bay Garage installed an overhead ceiling rack, a slat wall on one wall, interverted shelfs above the slat wall, shelving on another wall, and a monkey hook system on the third wall. We order several hooks and different types of hooks for the slat wall and monkey bar system. Oran even hand delivered a few that we ordered after the installation was completed. Installation took about two days. We had originally decided to install two overhead ceiling racks but once they were on site, we decided it wouldn't look good with two and they simply removed the cost from our invoice. Our garage is now really well organized and we have tons of extra storage space. It has been appoximately two years since the system was installed and everything is still great.
